ACS disburses 158 million to acquire 109 million rights from their holders
ACS has disbursed 158 million euros to acquire 109 million free allocation rights to their holders -34.6% of the total- within the framework of the flexible dividend launched by the company, which allows shareholders to collect the amount in cash or in shares of the company.
Mid June the company advanced that it was going to deliver one new share for every 25 old ones within the framework of the aforementioned flexible dividend and that, for shareholders who choose to collect their dividend in cash, it would be acquired at a price of 1.45 gross euros.
Within the framework of this operation, ACS will issue 7,836,637 ordinary shares with a par value of 0.5 euros Within a first capital increase, which will amount to 3,918,318.5 euros, as indicated this Monday to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
In parallel, a capital reduction will be carried out due to the redemption of treasury shares in the same number of shares and for the same amount.
