Food Delivery Brands (Telepizza) appoints Jacobo Caller as new CEO of the group

Previously, he held positions in various consumer companies, such as Carrefour and El Corte Inglés.

Food Delivery Brands (formerly Grupo Telepizza) has appointed Jacobo Caller Celestino as new CEO, as announced by the group, which has specified that Pablo Juantegui, who has been CEO of the group since 2009, will continue as non-executive chairman.

Previously, he held positions in various consumer companies, such as Carrefour and El Corte Inglés. Caller will join Food Delivery Brands once its time at Walgreens Boots Alliance has concluded and all corporate approvals within the group have been obtained.

For his part, Pablo Juantegui has stated that he is looking forward to welcoming Caller to the Food Delivery Brands team. “In the last eleven years, we have strengthened our brands and our social purpose and have doubled our size, becoming the leading multi-brand pizza operator worldwide present in 36 countries, thanks to the excellent work of all the teams involved ”, Juantegui pointed out.

Caller, graduated in Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid, has extensive experience in the Spanish consumer sector, with more than 20 years of experience in leading international consumer-oriented companies, and more recently at Walgreens Boots Alliance, where he has held the position of Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the International Pharmaceutical Retail business (excluding the UK and the Republic of Ireland).
