This new scenario motivates, according to the firm, an “urgent” reorganization of human resources to face the future in a better competitive position.

For this, Pascual has presented said collective dismissal procedure, a “necessary” measure that responds to a detailed analysis of the profiles, processes and positions that the company needs to face this new market and the new models of relationship and industrial efficiency.
This decision has already been communicated to the workers’ representatives and to the workers themselves, so that they can start conversations to reach an agreement that satisfies the interests of all parties.
