Sacyr is awarded housing construction projects in Madrid for 62 million

Sacyr has been awarded building projects for third parties in Madrid, which involve building new homes and renovating an office building, and which, together, they add up to an amount of 62 million euros, as reported by the company.

The group will address three housing developments, for the firms Inmoglaciar, Aedas Homes and Prmyva, which have 380 apartments, all of them located in towns near Madrid such as Alcalá de Henares, Rivas Vaciamadrid and Arganda del Rey.

Likewise, Sacyr has taken over the expansion and rehabilitation project of a complex of offices located in the Manoteras area and owned by the Onix Capital Partners fund. By virtue of the works, the building will be adapted to “the maximum sustainability requirements”.
