The application for Quirónsalud patients exceeds three million users

The hospital group has introduced new features to this tool to improve the patient experience.

My Quirónsalud, the portal that the hospital group makes available to its patients to access multiple care services from their computer, mobile phone or tablet, has recently surpassed three million users.

In fact, during the pandemic this portal reached record usage figures, with four million accesses, 1.8 million medical reports downloaded, more than 200,000 appointments scheduled and 100,000 digital consultations each month, Quirónsalud explained in a statement.

Through Mi Quirónsalud, users can access their clinical history and the results of diagnostic tests performed, as well as request or modify appointments, receive alerts and reminders or maintain a direct relationship with your specialists, without having to go to the consultation.

Among the new functionalities that the portal has incorporated to improve the user experience and facilitate the management of their health, those aimed at improving non-face-to-face care processes and self-management by the patients themselves stand out.

In this sense, the service of self admission, through which each patient can inform of their presence in the hospital and obtain their turn waiting in consultation without having to go through any counter; quick access to analytics without the need to log in; or the one of recitation, which makes it easy for patients to repeat a previously requested appointment with just one click.

In addition, another of the utilities of Mi Quirónsalud is the possibility of establishing direct online contact with the specialist without having to go to the consultation. In this sense, it currently offers doctor-patient assistance services in several of its centers electronically in many processes.
